SOUR CELLAR

our original taproom and brewery from years ago, now houses our mixed culture/barrel aged program in it's place.

casks galore, including our six prized foudres are located underneath our current brewing operations.

​

we produce a wide variety of saisons, sours, and spontaneously fermented wild ales. many of which incorporate locally foraged ingredients.

TANK FARM

our upstairs tank farm is filled to the brim with stainless vessels ranging from 15bbl to 60bbl.

​

here we produce a wide range of products - from contemporary ipa's and fruited sours to lagers and classic ales.

BLACK FRIDAY

once a year, on black friday, we release ralphius and ella.

​

two massive beers, housed in a variety of spirit casks in our upstairs brewery.

 

constantly evolving and growing, this program dates back to the origins of free will.
