BARTENDER

 
duties and responsibilities:

- provide attentive customer service 

- responsibly serve alcoholic beverages

- educate guests on free will beer and other beverages

- follow cocktail recipes to ensure consistency

- Maintain a clean and presentable tasting room and bar

- Open and close tasting room with adherence to protocols

- maintain a comfortable, safe, educational, and ultimately fun
taproom environment

- provide assistance to barbacks, responsibilities are not limited
to those listed here, a willingness to be a team player is important

- must be willing to at work both perkasie and lahaska taprooms, as well as private and outside events

 
experience and skills:

- at least 21 years of age

- personality is key, welcome guests, and ensure everyone feels a part of the strong community that is free will

- ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- existing Knowledge of, or a strong interest to learn more about
beer and cocktails

- excellent time management skills, keep busy

- stellar communication with co-workers and managers

- ability to occasionally lift upwards of 50lbs. in the form of product

- must be willing and able to be around alcohol responsibly

- reliable transportation

- ramp certification
